And Now, A Word from the 80's

Thought I owed you this picture from my prom night after the last story and my llama joke.  I am on the left (yes, that's my real hair.)  My friend Greg is beside me with his date Linda in the red and my date Amber in front of me.  I forget how totally gorgeous she was that day until I look back at these shots.  Beautiful, sweet, smelled amazing...my first idea what love might be.  I can count on 1 hand days I was happier than this one and not need all the fingers.  Oh to be so ignorant again, if just for a bit.  To blindly, fully, fearlessly mistake a mirage for reality, hang the cost.  But I'm getting ahead of myself.  Not enough time to write part deux of my previous essay, but wanted to share these with you all.  Hopefully they made you smile as much as you make me.  Thanks for all the awesome comments.  You guys are fantastic!

    1. Still my favorite music. And your former governor was at my prom too running for president. Right after he got out of the tank.

    1. Yeah, seemed like a heck of a guy. Poor Kitty was home getting juiced on rubbing alcohol but Mike was chasing his dream, Willie Horton style.
