Pet Project

Playing dinosaur.

As much as I (and some of you) love Mr. Buddy, there are and have been other animals in my life that are equally deserving of blog time.  Above is the dearly-departed hairless guinea pig, Alfie.  He was a skittish, squeaky little pig with a lot of personality.  The phrase "so ugly he's cute" was often used.

Not shaved, naturally occurring naked piggy.

Don't hate me because I'm beautiful.

I have a blog, he has a log

Next up is Alfie's brother, the still alive and wheeking Petey Piggy.  The pigs came to be in my home after both they and I were dumped by the most vicious of all my exes, LOML (getting to her soon.)  Had to take them in as I was quite attached to them and glad that I did.  But once Alfie passed away, Petey seemed lonely so.....

Squirmin' Sherman the Happy Vermin

...Sherman Piggy was found and brought to be in our happy home.

Basking in the majesty of the rainbow blanket.

Of course we shant forget California "Callie" Pickles, kitty in residence.

The eyes have it.

Callie came to live here when her owner moved in.  When she left, Callie got to stay.  It was a good trade.

 With her favorite toy

I will poop on your carpet and you will be OK with it because I am cute.

And, disproving all ideas of cat snobbery, I did have a canine living here for a time as well.  Callie's sister, Bella Bear.  It was, well, let's say, an experience, but sometimes quite a bit of fun.

So there you have it, a brief history of some of the non-Buddy animals that have been or are in my life.  Working up the nerve for my next outfit post so hopefully coming soon.  As a thank you for stopping by and for all the sweet comments, I leave you with a pic of one of my multitude of former cats, Louie.  Hug yourselves twice for me, daily :)

That just about ties it up.
