Final Destination / Destino Final

Greetings to you, my blog buddy :)  How are things with you?  Getting enough hugs?  If not, stay tuned for the not at all a surprise ending paragraph of this blog :)  Today I am showing a selection of photographs from my trip downtown Indianapolis, my home town.  We are hosting the college basketball tournament called "The Final Four."  The best 4 teams in the country have come here to do battle.  Being to poor to go to the actual games, I just soaked up the atmosphere instead.  Sorry so many of these are blurry.  I blame the atmosphere :)  Have fun!

Si no, permanezca atento a la nada un párrafo final sorpresa de este blog :) Hoy estoy mostrando una selección de fotografías de mi viaje el centro de Indianápolis, mi ciudad natal. Estamos organizando el torneo de baloncesto de la universidad llamado "The Final Four". Los mejores 4 equipos del país han venido aquí para hacer batalla. Estar a pobres para ir a los juegos reales, sólo nos empapamos de la atmósfera en su lugar. Lo sentimos muchos de estos son borrosas. Me culpar al ambiente :) Que se diviertan!

Where the games are held  /  ¿Dónde se realizan los juegos

There were mutant ninja turtles around for security (Cowabunga dude)  /  Había tortugas ninjas mutantes en torno a la seguridad (Cowabunga hombre)

The entire tournament bracket was projected on the side of a huge hotel downtown  /  El soporte de toda torneo se proyecta en el lado de un enorme hotel del centro

The city renamed the roads by the hotels of the individual teams.  This was where my team was headquatered  /  La ciudad cambió el nombre de los caminos por los hoteles de los equipos individuales. Aquí fue donde se headquatered mi equipo

There was a big block party with rides and free concerts.  Rhianna, Weezer and Imagine Dragons were just a few of the acts that performed  /  Hubo una fiesta grande, con paseos y conciertos gratuitos. Rhianna, Weezer y Imagine Dragons fueron sólo algunos de los actos que realizan

As it happens, my team did not win the tournament but I am not unhappy.  The event is so fantastic picking a winner is not even needed to have a good time :)  I hope you enjoyed this little tour around town.  Please wrap your pretty little arms firmly around yourself at this time and give yourself whatever duration / level of exploration you feel would be expected from a hug by me ... and then double that ;)  Keep on being you!

Da la casualidad de que mi equipo no ganó el torneo, pero yo no soy infeliz. El evento es tan fantástico elegir un ganador no es ni siquiera necesario para pasar un buen rato :) Espero que hayan disfrutado este pequeño recorrido por la ciudad. Por favor, ponga sus muy pequeños brazos firmemente alrededor de sí mismo en este momento y darte lo que sea duración / nivel de exploración que se sienta que se esperaría de un abrazo por mí ... y luego doble que;) Sigue siendo usted!

And also thank you all so much for the sweet support on my picture post.  Those words really did encourage me to let me know I should not be so nervous to share myself on the blog.  I even got a very odd challenge from one of you today that would be pretty funny if I did it.  Gathering bravery :)  Thanks again!  xoxo
