Shop and Awwwwww

On the same day as our trip to the Indiana State Fair, there was also shopping fun to be had.  The above came from a new age store on the north side of town called "New Age People."  Here are a few more pieces I found there.

And there was shopping to be done at the fair itself, with a lovely, woodsy gift shop filled with treasures like the below

 Next stop on the shopping bonanza was Stein Mart where the following items were discovered.

 

 

But with all the above bright and lovely items, it was an item at my local Wal Mart that captured my attention the most.  Were I not pitifully broke, this would have sailed/flown into the Nerd Hut with all turbines going.

 

 

As it was, being poor and all, our only purchase was a coloring book of odd, new-agey shapes from New Age People for my ladyfriend to work on.  Will have to get some shots of her finished products for future post.  But, for now, because it has been a while since you have seen him (and it is as good excuse as any to beg for more Instagram followers) here he is.  Back by popular demand.  The non-grumpiest cat of them all, Boudreaux "Buddy" Sunshine.
