Happy, warm greetings to you and welcome to another installment of All Things Bright and Lovely. This post features my faithful furry feline friend, Miss California "Callie" Pickles ; queen of all cats (she makes me say that :D )
Feliz, mi cordial saludo a usted y bienvenidos a otra entrega de todas las cosas brillantes y hermosas. Este post tiene mi fiel amigo peludo felino, Miss California "Callie de encurtidos y reina de todos los gatos (que me hace decir que :D )
Callie is the shyer of the 2 cats in my life and the owner of a large amount of attitude. Above, however, she is in contented mode.
Callie es el más tímido de los 2 gatos en mi vida y el dueño de una gran cantidad de actitud. Anteriormente, sin embargo, está en modo contento.
See how sweet she can look when she wishes to do so?

When she wants your attention, she will give you a gentle tap which is accompanied by many meow-like noises.
Cuando ella quiere su atención, ella le dará un suave golpecito que acompaña mis muchos ruidos como miau.
Failure to comply with her demands in a timely manner results in the above look and many more noises. The Queen must be obeyed :)

I have put a stool by my bed so kitty can have easy access. She is an older lass and I like to make sure she stays well. This is sometimes the first thing I see in the morning.
He puesto un taburete junto a mi cama para que kitty pueda tener fácil acceso. Ella es una chica mayor y quiero asegurarme de que ella se queda bien. Esto a veces es lo primero que veo en la mañana.
Despite being a sometimes grumpy cat, she is a wonderful companion and endlessly entertaining. Thanks so much for visiting and virtually patting Miss Callie. Be glad it is only virtual as she is prone to biting if not patted just correctly :X) Hope your week is going beautifully. Thanks so much for sharing all the love on my last poem. A pesar de ser un gato a veces malhumorado, es un compañero maravilloso y entretenimiento sin fin. Muchas gracias por visitar y prácticamente acaricia a Miss Callie. ReplyYou know I love cats, don't you? But I'm a klutz at differentiating the breeds of cats. Is Callie of the same breed as Grumpy Cat coz she looks so much like Grumpy Cat! And I love the first thing you see in the morning. Cute ears! When I had my Simba, we closed our room doors and let her roam around free in all other parts of the house. Sometimes when I forgot she was in my room before I head to bed, I would see her sleeping beside me at my pillow.

I did not have a cat until I was 19 and then it was against my will. Now I would not be without one. For a while, I had 4 :) Thanks for the sweet words, darling lady :)
ReplyNo meeting as of yet. They have very different personalities and Buddy has all his claws so not sure how that would go.

Simba is such a sweet name. A lady I follow on IG has a cat by that name. From the Lion King I suppose :)
Torties are temperamental! They are the most loyal, loving cats but they have a temper to go with it!! We had two of them- Dafffy and Solstice! Both equally loving and temperamental! Callie is so preeeeetty!x
