Instead of trying so hard to be careful I am working on being myself. Hello and welcome!  It makes me so happy to see you here and I am so glad for your visit :)  Today, a regular feature on ATBAL, a selection of my Instagram pictures which have inspired some thoughts from me.  Maybe they will make you smile, maybe they will make you think , maybe the will cure the common cold.  No promises, but maybe :)  Enjoy!

Hola y bienvenidos! Me hace tan feliz de verte aquí y estoy tan contenta por su visita :) Hoy en día, una característica regular en ATBAL, una selección de mi Instagram cuadros que han inspirado a algunos pensamientos de mí. Tal vez te harán sonreír, tal vez te harán pensar, tal vez la voluntad curar el resfriado común. No prometo nada, pero tal vez :) ¡ Disfrute!

Stress in my life makes me so appreciate the wonderful and kind friends in my life who help me relieve it. That sort of gift means so much to me

Estrés en mi vida me hace apreciar así los amigos amables y maravillosos en mi vida que me ayudan a aliviarla. Ese tipo de regalo significa mucho para mí

Pay attention to yourself, look closely at amazing you. Listen to every signal and whisper and watch decisions become much more simple

Preste atención a ti mismo, mira estrechamente en lo increíble. Escuchar cada señal y susurro y ver las decisiones a ser mucho más simples

Worry gives power to powerless things and reality to our most dreadful thoughts. Breathe deep, pat a cat, hug somebody and be at peace

Preocupación da poder a las cosas débiles y la realidad a nuestros pensamientos más terribles. Respira profundo, pat un gato, abrazar a alguien y estar en paz

Your eyes show me everything you hold inside, everything you wish to hide and it only makes me love you more

Sus ojos me muestran todo lo que usted tiene en el interior, todo lo que desea ocultar y que sólo hace que te ame más
