Chico's and the Glam

Brassy and Sassy

A different sort of post for me this time, a mainly jewelry one.  All I found at Chico's.

Sun-catching goodness on a chain and off the hook.

Being as my ladyfriend is quite the connoisseur of fashion, I spend quite a bit of time in clothing shoppes of a fancy nature (hence the "shoppes".)

See?  Shells.

It is quite enjoyable to see all the different styles and cool colors, kind of stay on the front edge of fashion (many of you help me with this as well with your amazing blogs.)  Women's fashion is a bit of a passion of mine and I even have an all-fashion blog on Tumblr which is the most-followed of all my blogs by far, 278 folks so far.  It is a simple formula of reposting some of my favorite fashion finds (fully linked back of course) but it has been a big hit purely on accident.  My Fashion Blog if you're interested

But it is often the jewelry that catches my attention the most when out shopping.  Shiny, sparkly, bright, crafty.  Fascinating stuff.

I am a big fan of lovely birds

On several occasions, clerks have remarked at how patient I am to hang out while ladyfriend shops, but it is rarely much of an effort for me.

Something from an old treasure chest perhaps.

Always something cool to see, something new.

Cool colors and mis-matched shapes

And if I get bored I just tend to sing along to the store music and maybe dance a bit.

Sorry for the case of the blurries but these were my favorites so I had to share it.

So that is my first ever jewelry post.  Hope you all enjoyed it and it was great of you to check it out.  Maybe you now have a gift idea for someone (or yourself, c'mon you deserve it :D).

I suspect you and buddy may be kindred spirits with the shiny object fetishes...Im more of a straight silver, white gold gal myself. T was an amazing jeweler ...Those rings on my old hands were some he made for me...Lucky me to have my own crafter for as long as I did! Were you dancing for that blurry shot or the camera stabilizer just not working?

Wow I love those colorful tear drop earrings. I love your taste! I also get my jewelry from Chicos. I love the shell-inspired earrings too. Chicos certainly knows how to design chic and fashionable jewelry.
