Hide and No Seek (A Poem by Me) / Ocultar y No buscan (un poema por Me)

Your eyes pulse with a gleaming fire
One color but many shades
Awash with
Grief
Passion
Angles
Patterns
Radiance
Life

Floor
To
Ceiling
Portals
To the you
That you
Believe
Firmly hope
No one
Notices

The world
So busy
Has not the time
To look inside
And you sigh
Relief
And you weep
Alone

Brave face
Joking
Smiling
Diverting
Averting gazes
That probe
Too deep

Until
For a handful
Of pristine
Powerful
Pure
Moments
You share it all
Without fear
Without words
With weight
Once crushing
Now relieved

And then
Retreat
Regret
Reappearing
Fears
Crippling
Hide
And no seek
Shiny, damp
Tears
Cloud your once
Alive
Eyes

El pulso de los ojos con un brillante fuego
Un color pero muchos tonos
Inundado de
Duelo
Pasión
Ángulos
Patrones de
Resplandor
Vida

Piso
Para
Techo
Portales
El te
¿Eres tú
Creer
Espero firmemente
Nadie
Avisos

El mundo
Tan ocupado
Tiene no es el momento
Para observar el interior
Y suspiras
Socorro
Y lloras
Solo

Cara valiente
Broma
Sonriendo
Desviar
Evitar miradas
La sonda
Demasiado profundo

Hasta
Por un puñado
Prístina
Potente
Puro
Momentos
Compartes todo
Sin miedo
Sin palabras
Con el peso
Machacar una vez
Ahora relevado

Y luego
Retiro
Arrepentimiento
Reapareciendo
Miedos
Paralizan
Ocultar
Y no buscan
Brillante, húmedo
Lágrimas
Su vez la nube
Viva
Ojos

This is beautiful. It's so hard to work through grief while the world goes on and you feel like saying "Don't you understand what just happened?!"

It is exactly then we feel the smallness of the drop of water we are in the human ocean. It just makes the loss that much deeper. Thanks for coming by and the kind words :)

Such a beautiful and accurate depiction of what so many of us do. We bear the burden, feel relieved if we let some out and then the embarrassment of having shown that part of ourselves. Gorgeous.

Thank you, sweet one :) So glad you made it back on. I have to stay somewhat vague on my job but basically I work in front of a computer all day in a role that I get to help people in staying completely anonymous doing so. It is much technical work and requires quite a bit of concentration. I really enjoy it. Been there 10 years now.

A bard is where the chickens are kept when you have a cold :) Fred translation: Thank you so much...and now it is time to make the sleeping!
