My asking for something is such an expression of trust in that person. It is a request and a compliment but rarely treated as such.

Mi pidiendo algo es una expresión de confianza en esa persona. Se trata de una petición y un cumplido pero rara vez tratado como tal.

Consistent and continually shown acceptance and support is something I find so rarely and I treasure it.

La aceptación y el apoyo constante y muestra continuamente es algo que me parece tan rara y yo atesoro.

I stare at the horizon To await the morning sun But what I'm really waiting for I know will never come.

Me quedo mirando el horizonte a la espera del sol de la mañana, pero lo que realmente estoy esperando a que sé que nunca vendrá


Thank you to all of you who left such wonderful comments on my last poems.  One was fun, one was difficult.  I often do not know what will come out when I sit down to write but I always know it is whatever I am feeling the strongest.  Your support really helps me want to write more!  Sending you many big hugs I hope you can feel across the great distance that divides us!
