Watching phones
Nodding off
When will the bus arrive?
Unknown
Silence thrives
Until a lonesome cough
A stirring
Catches the collective gaze
Of all potential riders
Off in the evening haze.
Approaching ever closer
A frenzy of movement
Quite often flawed
Comes the dancing machine
Our Lightning Rod
Ears plugged with tunes
Only he perceives
Showing off awesome moves
Only seen to be believed.
Arms spread wide and spinning
Knees bent down
And up again
Grinning
Eyes closed
Rhythmically posed
Feet twirling across the ground
Prancing like a funky chicken.
Toes now tapping
Hearts now pleasant
The bus stop crowd
Sits awed
In the presence
Of a disco god
In the presence of Lightning Rod
Bajen la cabeza
Ver los teléfonos
Cabeceando
¿Cuándo llegará el autobús?
Desconocido
Silencio prospera
Hasta una tos solitaria
Una agitación
Atrapa a la mirada colectiva
De todos los potenciales corredores
En la bruma de la noche.
Se acerca cada vez más cerca
Un frenesí de movimiento
Muy a menudo errónea
Llega la máquina de baile
Nuestro Pararrayos
Oídos tapados con melodías
Sólo percibe
Luciendo impresionantes movimientos
Sólo visto para ser creído.
Brazos abiertos amplios y spinning
Rodillas dobladas hacia abajo
Y otra vez
Sonriendo
Ojos cerrados
Rítmico que plantea
Pies dando vueltas por el suelo
Saltando como un pollo funky.
Ahora tocando los dedos del pie
Corazones ahora agradable
El parada de autobús público
Se sienta asombrados
En la presencia
De un Dios discoteca
En presencia de Pararrayos
testa in giù
guardando i telefoni
addormentarsi
Quando sarà il bus arriverà?
Sconosciuto
silenzio prospera
Fino a quando un colpo di tosse solitario
Una agitazione
Cattura lo sguardo collettivo
Di tutti i potenziali piloti
Fuori nella foschia sera.
Si avvicina sempre più stretta
Una frenesia di movimento
Molto spesso viziata
Arriva la macchina danza
Il nostro Lightning Rod
Orecchie tappate con brani
Solo lui percepisce
In mostra si muove impressionante
Solo vedere per credere.
A braccia aperte e filatura
Le ginocchia piegate verso il basso
E di nuovo
Sorridendo
Occhi chiusi
ritmicamente posto
Piedi twirling sul terreno
Rampante come un pollo funky.
Toes ora toccando
Cuori ora piacevoli
La folla fermata dell'autobus
Si siede intimorito
In presenza
Di un dio discoteca
In presenza di Lightning Rod

Tulis commentsthis disco ballad is totally awesome! I would love to be visited by that light rod myself, we all need a bit of dancing in our lives....and it must be cool to be in a presence of a disco god.
